Yoga Classes & Courses
To participate in the online yoga classes you’ll need: a decent internet connection, a yoga mat, a laptop, tablet or phone with a camera so I can see the entire horizontal view of your mat, and Zoom (download for free here).
MONDAY
8.15pm - 9.15pm Restorative Bedtime Yoga (online)
Take time just for you with this 6 week yoga class to release tension and stress and nourish body, mind and spirit to prepare for a blissful sleep. MORE INFO & BOOK
TUESDAY
6.45pm - 7.45pm or 8pm - 9pm Pregnancy Yoga (in-studio or online)
Empower your pregnancy and prepare to meet your baby feeling more calm and confident. Class runs as a 6 week course and must be pre-booked. MORE INFO & BOOK
WEDNESDAY
12.45pm - 1.45pm Postnatal Yoga (in-studio)
Nourish yourself with this class to rebuild strength after pregnancy and birth and leave you feeling calm and revitalised. Includes gentle yoga and massage for baby, followed by a cuppa and a chat. Class runs as a 6 week course and must be pre-booked. MORE INFO & BOOK
6.30pm - 8.30pm Hypnobirthing Course (online)

SUNDAY
2pm - 5pm Birth Workshop (in-studio or online)
