Postnatal Yoga Class - Wednesdays 11am to 12.30pm

Take time for you with this strengthening and nurturing yoga class which will leave you feeling stronger, calmer and revitalised, ready to embrace whatever turn the rest of your day may take!

Suitable from your 6 week check, this postnatal yoga class will progressively rebuild your core strength, release tension around the neck & shoulders as well as provide you with tips and tools to keep you grounded throughout the challenges of life as a mum.  

You have the option of attending this class with or without your baby.  Baby Yoga & Massage is incorporated to the end of class if you bring your baby.

PLUS you'll also get:

> Access to online materials so you practice the techniques at home to help you stay calm, balanced and revitalised.

> Exclusive access to a private Facebook Group to connect with other mums, share information and ask questions.
