Private yoga sessions are highly customised to give you exactly what you need. I meet you where you’re at to help you get what you most need from your practice. Expect a combination of breath work, asanas (postures) and relaxation to meet your unique needs including precision alignment.

Working on-to-one is particularly beneficial for those new to the practice, those returning to practice after a break or those wanting to take their yoga practice to the next level. 

For pregnancy ladies, a one-off private session is useful to put together a programme of postures to help ease pregnancy symptoms, or a series of sessions can be used to help prepare for a calm and confident birth.

For postnatal ladies, a private session or series of sessions allows us to tailor a sequence on what you need most, and is delivered in the comfort of your own home so there is no need to stress about trying to fit a group class around your baby's needs.
