Join me for a deep dive to help you prepare for your best birth!

This intensive is for you if you’re due Feb/March/early April 2024 and you want to ensure a calm gentle birth for you and your baby.

In addition to the weekly group sessions, the intensive includes a Confident Birth Workshop with your partner and a 1:1 birth planning session.

Dates & Times:

Mondays 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th Jan at 6.30pm (60-90mins online on zoom)

Confident Birth Workshop on Sunday 28th Jan at 2pm (3hrs in-studio)

1:1 Birth Planning Session scheduled to suit (60mins online on zoom)

If you can’t make the group sessions the intensive is available as a private intensive scheduled to suit £695.
