Pregnancy Yoga Class in Glasgow West End

Mondays 7pm-8pm

Empower your pregnancy and prepare to meet you baby calm and confident with this prenatal yoga class.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, whether this is your first pregnancy or your third, this pregnancy yoga class will equip you with a range of tools and techniques to find calm amongst the immense changes taking place in body, mind and soul during this time, preparing you to access your deeper knowledge and intuition to face birth feeling more calm.

This class is suitable from your dating scan (around 12 weeks), and the sooner you start the more you and your baby will benefit.  This class is booked as a 6 week block.

PLUS you'll also get:

  • Online materials so you can also practice at home.

  • Access to a Facebook group so you can connect with others in the class, share information and ask questions.

£65 for 6 week class block
