Private yoga sessions are available to tailor a programme to your own specific needs. Working one-to-one will really accelerate your learning and progress as this way of teaching allows me to meet you exactly where you are at on your mat on any given day. Expect a tailored sequence of postures, breath work and relaxation to meet your unique needs and includes precision alignment including hands-on adjustments.
Working on-to-one is particularly beneficial for those new to the practice, those returning to practice after a break or those wanting to take their yoga practice to the next level.
For pregnancy ladies, a one-off private session is useful to put together a programme of postures to help ease pregnancy symptoms, or a series of sessions can be used to help prepare for a calm and confident birth.
For postnatal ladies, a private session or series of sessions allows us to tailor a sequence on what you need most, and is delivered in the comfort of your own home so there is no need to stress about trying to fit a group class around your baby's needs.
