Core Strength Sequence

This short sequence synchronises the breath while engaging the pelvic floor and abdominals to help strengthen your whole core area including your lower back to help support your body as it adapts to your growing baby.  

Strengthening your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles not only help you have a healthier and more comfortable pregnancy (helping to mitigate pelvic girdle pain), toning these muscles now will make them much more effect during your baby's birth as they work to move your baby out through the birth canal and in to the world, as well as speed recovery postnatally.
